All authors with an accepted contribution (abstract or full paper) who have paid the registration fee (full or reduced) will be invited to showcase their work as either an oral or as a poster presentation. A maximum of two (2) papers will be permitted per registered (full fee or reduced fee) co-author.

ISPRS 2026 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised via email to isprs2026-registration@icsevents.com. Cancellations received before Friday 15 May 2026 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of CAD 300.
Cancellations after that date may be accepted if the cancellation is due to a visa rejection or visa non-issuance, subject to the same administrative charge. Documentary evidence must be provided with any such request.
