Volunteer at
the ISPRS 2026 Congress in Toronto!
The Canadian Remote Sensing Society - Société Canadienne de Télédétection is delighted to invite students registered for the ISPRS 2026 Congress taking place on 4-11 July 2026, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. We expect over 2000 delegates from around the world to attend.
Volunteers are critical to the success of the Congress, and we are thrilled that you are interested in participating as a volunteer. Volunteers are required to commit to at least six (6) shifts to receive full volunteer benefits. We would very much appreciate your assistance in helping to make this Congress a memorable experience for delegates. Please circulate and publicize our call for volunteers, as appropriate, through your institutions.

Please note that volunteers will be responsible for their own accommodation arrangements, if necessary, and transportation costs.
You are required to:

Be a registered for the Congress with no outstanding payments

Fill in the volunteer application form with all details

Attend or watch the volunteer online seminar in June – details will be communicated to shortlisted volunteers

Attend a mandatory training session on 3 July 2026 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Upon confirmation of your availability, you will be provided with a volunteer training manual in June. This manual will outline the responsibilities associated with your assigned role(s) and your scheduled volunteer shift(s). Please make sure that you are available for the training session, scheduled for Friday, July 3, 2026, to ensure you are confident with the facility, the team, and the Congress itself.
