All authors with an accepted contribution (abstract or full paper) who have paid the registration fee (full or reduced) will be invited to showcase their work as either an oral or as a poster presentation. A maximum of two (2) papers will be permitted per registered (full fee or reduced fee) co-author.

ISPRS 2026 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised via email to isprs2026-registration@icsevents.com. Cancellations received before
Wednesday, 15 April 2026 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of CAD 300. Cancellations after this date will not be refundable.
Cancellations are accepted until Friday, 15 May 2026 if the cancellation is due to a visa rejection and the visa application was submitted no later than February 15.
Transfers of registrations to a new attendee are accepted until Friday, 15 May, 2026, and are subject to a CAD 200 transfer fee.
One-day registrations, Exhibitor Hall Visitor – All Days and 1-Day are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
